That’s why we recently organized a two-day company trip to Double Moon Bay, designed not only to give our team a well-deserved break but also to reinforce the core values of teamwork, collaboration, and innovation that define our culture.
Our team building trip was packed with exciting activities that allowed us to connect, collaborate, and recharge. From beach sports competitions to adventurous off-road driving and relaxing yacht rides, every moment was an opportunity to strengthen our bonds while enjoying the beauty of nature.
The first day kicked off with a visit to Niutouling Rock Bar, where we enjoyed the scenic views and shared a delicious lunch. The highlight of the day was our beach games, including tug-of-war, three-legged races, and a hoop passing challenge, all designed to foster teamwork and improve communication among colleagues. In the evening, we relaxed with a BBQ on the beach and celebrated with a lively bonfire and karaoke session.
On day two, we participated in archery and off-road driving experiences in Xunliao Bay, where we tackled challenging terrains and bonded over thrilling experiences. The trip concluded with a peaceful and scenic 80-minute yacht ride aboard the Sea Star yacht, offering the perfect opportunity for reflection and relaxation.
